This site was held under option by a local house builder who wished to affect an off-market disposal.

 

Bellway Homes were approached and their offer was duly accepted. Contracts were exchanged unconditionally post-Brexit with completion shortly thereafter.

 

Detailed approval was sought in July 2016.
